Thought for the Day

Lack of power is really a dilemma. We are all ‘little drops of God’.  The false self infused with the family disease of alcoholism, once again takes it to far and presupposes that it has ‘all power’ then when of course it fails I am restless, irritable and discontented.

Dr. Tiebout pointed out that we are “Obsessed with divine afflatus” A sick need to play God and the illusion that I am the king by divine right (his majesty the baby).  The truth is that I have no real power once I begin to understand what Power is. There is One true Power in the universe, that one is God and it’s deep within us all.
